By opting for premium features, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions and privacy policy. Exnta is not responsible for any issues or liabilities related to payment processing.

6. Third-Party Services

Shopify Product Exporter integrates with Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. You acknowledge and agree that Exnta is not responsible for the actions or terms of third-party service providers. You are encouraged to read and understand Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy and terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Exnta or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Shopify Product Exporter, even if Exnta has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

The laws of the applicable jurisdiction, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
